Keean's birthday party!

We told Keean he could have a party this year or a gift from mom and dad and he decided he wanted a party with his friends. I forget how crazy parties can be! They had a great time. They came, ate lunch, wend downstairs and played games. Well, some played games, and some played with the toys. We had some "minute to win it" games set up with prizes if they participated. Then they cam up and had dessert and opened presents and did a piñata! It was a packed two hours but i think everyone had a great time! :)

Happy Birthday Keean!

It's hard to believe that Keean is already 7! He has just lost his "two front teeth" and is growing up way too fast! We decorated the house with balloons and streamers and he got a birthday crown from school! I think that crown was the highlight of his day! I had scheduled dentist appointments for the kids that morning and they were going to be a little late for school. Keean was so upset....not that he was going to the dentist.....but because he was going to miss decorating his birthday crown. Quite traumatic but I told him that they can't decorate his crown without him. He stopped to think and he realized that they would wait for him! :) Kids are so funny! :)
